Amid celebrating the 3rd anniversary of establishment, Batıgöz Eye Health and Laser Clinic continues to support its patients by bringing new services to life.
Since opening its doors in Izmir, Cankaya in 2004, Batıgöz has been providing quality eye healthcare 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Closely tracking the technological advances in ophthalmology, and employing them within, has been the mission of the experienced Batıgöz staff, who take pride in being the first eye healthcare hospital in Eagen.
Within a short time of launching the main hospital, Batıgöz opened three branch facilities in Hatay, Şirinyer and Karşıyaka due to high demand fueled by patient gratification. Batıgöz clearly states that expansion is a major aspect of its vision and marches towards this goal with Diyarbakır Batıgöz, a new clinic, set to be unveiled in January, 2007.
With a daily capacity of 250 policlinic visits and 30 surgical operations, Batıgöz has achieved complete patient satisfaction with all performed treatments to date. In order to stay committed to quality healthcare and ensure its permanence, Batıgöz complies with ISO 9001 TUV regulations and is a certified institution.
Utilizing the Hi-Tech medical equipment at hand, experienced staff of Batıgöz performs Refractive Surgery (intralase, lasik, lasek, wavefornt, PRK), cataract surgery(fako), retina and makula diseases (photodynamic treatment and diabetic eye disease treatment), glaucoma, oculaplastic treatment, strabissmus, vitreoretinal surgery and keratoplasty operations in two(2) surgery rooms that are fully equipped in compliance with the regulations and requirements of health ministry (Laminar Air Flow (sterile air curtain) protected environment).
In addition to 2 surgery rooms with latest technology medical equipment, BatıGöz consists of 6 examination rooms, Excimer Laser Unit, Intralase Unit, Laboratory, diagnostic rooms, emergency unit and 8 beds, situated in a 3 story free standing building with 1600 m2 of closed space. The addition of two branches in Hatay and Sirinyer boosts Batıgöz's capacity to a level that enables providing superior service for out of town patients as well.
Batıgöz organizes annual eye examinations for the staff of the sizable companies such as Tetra-pak A.S, Philsa A.S., Pulse Electronik, Akenerji, Anemon Hotel, Sismak A.S., JTI A.S., Markem-Weber... etc.
In an effort to better the community that we live in, Batıgöz arranges and performs charity eye exams, and educates the public about eye healthcare in certain parts of Ege.
