With its academic and administrative staff, Batigoz Health Group has been working intensively in order to provide services to its patients and to facilitate access to this service.
In this context, all personnel have been trained on TS EN ISO 9001 Integrated Management System, TS ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and TS ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Systems. In line with the requirements of modern medicine, all kinds of medical devices / equipment are provided and the satisfaction of our internal / external customers is investigated and measures are taken in accordance with these results, and the Integrated Management Systems studies are ongoing. I believe that this effort will lead to the goal of becoming a pioneer institution in the branches where Batigoz Health Group serves.
The health services provided by our Medical Centres are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and communiqués. Procurement of the necessary medical devices, equipment and personnel and the scope of the services to be provided is determined and supervised by the R.T. Ministry of Health.
In 2004, we started to provide services with a small team in our first Medical Centre in Çankaya, Izmir, and then we have continued to serve through our branches at Sirinyer (2006), Manisa (2016), İstanbul (2016) and Balçova (2018), and we have the opportunity to reach more patients every year. Since 2008, our company has been making investments in abroad, with its headquarters in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, Arbil and Sulaymaniye, the capital of Ukraine, Kiev and Amsterdam, the heart of the Netherlands.
