Dr. Mahir Kaya, who graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine in 2018, served in the Emergency Department of the Training and Research Hospital for nearly 5 years after completing his mandatory service. During this time, he actively worked in the Pediatric Emergency, Obstetric Emergency, and Adult Emergency units, gaining experience in evaluating different patient groups and in the field of emergency healthcare services.
Throughout his professional career, Dr. Mahir Kaya has also worked as a general practitioner and a tourism physician in private hospitals, gaining experience in occupational medicine, responsible management, and film set medicine.
Embracing patient safety, teamwork, and effective communication as important parts of his professional approach, Dr. Mahir Kaya continues his professional work at the Batıgöz Health Group Balçova Surgical Medical Center.
