Dr. Aycan Oto, MD received his medical education at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine between 1993 and 1999. She began her residency in the Department of Neurology at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in October 2001 and earned the title of neurology specialist on March 24, 2006. Dr. Aycan Oto, MD currently serves as a Neurology Specialist at the Private Batıgöz Balçova Surgical Medical Center.
